You have a couple of options when it comes to snorkelling around Koh Tao as you can rent a mask and snorkel from our reception and head down to the beach and explore Sairee Reef or take a long tail taxi over to the Koh Nang Yuan marine park (there is an entry fee to go onto the island there) to snorkel and explore the rich marine life around Koh Nang Yuan.
Take a Thai Cooking Course on Koh Tao
You can take a Thai cooking course on Koh Tao, if you aren't on Koh Tao for scuba diving and the weather isn't great or you just want to pick up a new skill. There are a number of Thai cooking schools on Koh Tao, but the one we recommend is Parawan's Thai Home Cooking Class where you will get to cook 3 Thai dishes over 3 to 4 hours at Parawan's house who runs the cooking classes and then get to eat the food that you make there.
