Free Wifi throughout the resort
All of Silver Sands Resort has free WiFi access, the WiFi on the island is pretty good these days, however if there are power outages on the island then the WiFi can be effected temporarily.
Motorbike Rental
If you want to get out and explore the rest of Koh Tao island, Silver Sands have motorbikes available for daily, weekly and monthly rent.
At Silver Sands we only rent out the fully automatic scooters, but we do recommend that only people with experience in riding these rent them out as having a motorbike accident is not a way you want to ruin your holiday.
Silver Sands Resort Massage & Beauty Treatments
Silver Sands Massage offers a variety of massages and beauty treatments performed by professionals in a sophisticated, comfortable atmosphere for reasonable prices. Open daily 10am - 11:30pm.
Snorkelling / Diving Equipment Store
Mask, snorkel & fins are available for sale [at very reasonable prices] in our dive equipment store at Big Blue Diving! The store also stocks dry bags, t-shirts and a wide selection of rash vests so that you can avoid getting sun burnt when carrying out water activities such as Stand Up Paddle Boarding and snorkeling.
Dive equipment like dive torches, dive computers, compasses, BCD's and regulators etc can be ordered in from distributors and usually available to be collected from the dive shop on the same day.
Onsite laundry Service
We have our own laundry service at Silver Sands and you can just bring the laundry that you would like done to the reception and then they'll let you know when it will be ready for you to collect, the standard is in 24hrs time, but if you need your laundry done before that then there is an express laundry option too.
Ticket Booking and tour reservation service
At the reception front desk we have a ticket booking service for buses, trains and ferries or you can also book online via 12Go.asia, we can also book in activities on the islandfor you such as snorkeling or fishing trips, just go and see our man who can Mr Yaow and he will do arrange what you need.
